Return Policy

At Caseva Music, we strive to provide the best quality musical instruments and equipment to our customers. We understand that sometimes you may need to return an item. Please read our Return Policy carefully to ensure a smooth and hassle-free return process.


Return Period

You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return your item for a refund or exchange. After the 30-day period, we are unable to accept returns. To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and with all original packaging and accessories.


Restocking Fee

Please note that a restocking fee of 20% of the purchase price will be applied to all returned items, except in cases where the item is defective or damaged upon arrival. This fee helps cover the costs of inspecting and restocking the product.


Eligibility for Return

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • The item is within the 30-day return period.
  • The item is in unused, resellable condition.
  • The item is returned with all original packaging, accessories, and any documentation that came with it.
  • The item is not listed as non-returnable (e.g., special orders, opened software, etc.).

If the item does not meet these criteria, it may be refused or returned to you.


How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team at sales@casevamusic.com or call us at +62 821-6277-3916 within 30 days of receiving your product.
  2. Provide your order number, receipt, and details about the item(s) you wish to return.
  3. Our team will provide you with a Return Authorization and detailed instructions for the return process.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund. Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment.

  • Refund Processing Time: Your refund will be processed within 5 business days from the date we receive the returned item. Please allow additional time for your financial institution to process the transaction and reflect the refund in your account.
  • Restocking Fee: The 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund amount.


Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the same process as for returns. You will receive a refund for the returned item (subject to the restocking fee), and you may place a new order for the item you want to exchange it for.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable".
  • Opened software, music books, or consumable items such as strings or drumsticks.
  • Items that have been used, damaged, or altered in any way after purchase.
  • Special orders that cannot be restocked.


Shipping Costs

  • Return Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item is defective, damaged, or the return is due to an error on our part.
  • Original Shipping Fees: Shipping charges for your original purchase are non-refundable unless the return is due to a product defect or mistake on our part.


Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund, including return shipping costs.
