Shipping Policy

At Caseva Music, we take great care in ensuring that your orders are processed, packed, and shipped with the utmost care and efficiency. Order Processing Time

  • Order Cut-off Time: Orders placed before 6:00 PM (local time) will be processed and shipped within the same business day. Orders placed after 6:00 PM will be processed on the following business day.

  • Business Hours: Our office is open and operating from Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (local time). We are closed on Sundays and public holidays. Any orders placed on these days will be processed and shipped on the next business day (Monday or the next available business day after a public holiday).

  • Processing Time: We aim to ship all orders within 1-2 business days after receiving your order. In case of any unforeseen delays, you will be notified by our team promptly via email.

  • Order Confirmation: Once your order is successfully placed, you will receive an order confirmation email with the details of your order. If any item is out of stock or unavailable, our team will contact you to offer alternatives or provide an estimated restock time.


Shipping Times

We ship to both domestic (Indonesia) and international locations. Please note that the following delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on external factors like customs, weather conditions, and shipping carrier delays.

  • Domestic Shipping (Indonesia):

    • Orders within Indonesia typically take 3-5 business days for delivery, depending on the destination.
    • Delivery times may vary based on the region, local carriers, and the availability of services in your area.
    • Same-day shipping is available for orders placed before 6:00 PM, but only if you are located within the immediate delivery area.
  • International Shipping:

    • International shipping takes 10-20 business days depending on the destination country and shipping carrier.
    • Customs processing can sometimes add additional time to the shipping duration.
    • Please note that delivery times may vary depending on customs procedures, holiday seasons, or any unforeseen events outside of our control.


Shipping Costs

  • Free Shipping: We offer free shipping worldwide, with no minimum purchase required for both domestic and international orders. This is our way of ensuring that you get the best value when shopping with us.

  • Shipping Carrier: We partner with trusted and reliable shipping carriers to deliver your orders, including JNE, TIKI, and DHL for international shipments. We aim to choose the best carrier based on your location and the shipping method selected during checkout.

  • Tracking Information: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. You can track the status of your shipment through the carrier's website for both domestic and international deliveries.


Shipping Restrictions and Limitations

  • P.O. Boxes: For domestic orders, we do accept P.O. Box addresses, but please ensure the correct shipping carrier is available for your P.O. Box address. For international shipments, some carriers may not deliver to P.O. Boxes. We recommend using a physical address if possible.

  • Customs and Import Taxes (International Orders):

    • Please be aware that for international orders, customs duties, taxes, or import fees may be applied upon arrival in your country. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the price of your order.
    • We recommend contacting your local customs office before placing an order to better understand any potential additional charges.
  • Restricted Items: Certain products may have shipping restrictions to specific countries due to regulations. If we are unable to ship an item to your location, we will notify you promptly.


Delivery Delays and Issues

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, there are instances where external factors may cause delays. These factors include, but are not limited to:

  • Shipping Carrier Delays: Sometimes, external circumstances such as weather, transportation issues, or high shipping volumes (e.g., during holiday seasons) may result in delays.
